Step to reproduce:

1. Use non-default language to login portal: http://localhost:8080/ja/web/guest
2. Go to Documents and Media to add External Video Shortcut
3. Type Video URL(https://www.facebook.com/Cristiano/videos/1710977485745946) and Title(DM title)
4. Click Publish button
5. Edit the video and check the video URL

Expected Results:
The video URL is saved.

Current Results:
The video URL is not saved, if I use the default language, the video URL is saved as expected.
