"Permission Filtered Search Result Accurate Count Threshold" no longer works as expected

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add three Web Content articles (eg "test article 1")
      2. Add a Web Content folder
      3. Remove Guest View permission from the folder
      4. Add a Web Content article inside of the folder
      5. Configure the default Search Results widget to have a Pagination Delta of 2
      6. Go to System Settings - Search - Default Search Result Permission Filter and set Permission Filtered Search Result Accurate Count Threshold to 100
      7. As a Guest user search for "article" to return the created articles

      Expected Results
      The facet Web Content Article and the pagination's number of entries would be 3.

      Actual Results
      The facet Web Content Article and the pagination's number of entries is 4 and navigating to the second page of results then updates the count to 3 as expected.
