As a page editor, I want the input fragments to be displayed inside a new "Form components" section.

Acceptance Criteria

1. On the side bar of the page editor, there will be a new section "Form components" between the Basic Components and the Content Display sections.
2. The section will be collapsible.
3. The new section will contain the form container and all the existing input fragments, including the custom ones.
