The Back button in Control Menu is not clickable on a Containerized Portal if access by IP address

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Start portal inside a Docker container.
2. Access portal using the local IP address (192.x or 172.x).
3. Login and Navigate to Global Menu > Users and Organizations.
4. Click Add button to add new user.
5. Attempt to click the Back button on the top left.

Actual Results:
When mouse over the Back button, it doesn't have background color. And it's not clickable.
Also the Cancel button doesn't work neither. This also happens on other components from the Global Menu, such as System Settings, Accounts etc.

WARN message like below in Portal console:

2022-04-25 09:42:44.285 WARN  [http-nio-8080-exec-1][PortalImpl:1016] Redirect URL http://192.168.1.103:8081/group/control_panel/manage?p_p_id=com_liferay_users_admin_web_portlet_UsersAdminPortlet&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=normal&p_p_state_rcv=1 is not allowed
