Since there no longer is look and feel configuration in a content page we have lost the ability to add negative margins to fragments and even widgets.
Contrast to a widget page where look and feel is more capable and even units of measurement can be selected. We have lost this ability in a widget page compared to a content page.

Expected:
Be able to use negative margins and select units of measurement
Actual:
Lost functionality, not able to use negative numbers and not able to select margin and padding in understandable terms such as em % or px. What is 1? What is 5? 6 of what? A margin top of 7 apples and a margin bottom of 3 oranges? What is the unit of measurement?
