Description:
The Action builder tab was not created

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu -> Object -> Objects
2. Create a new object
3. Go to the Actions tab and create a new Action
4. Observe

 

Note: Groove script language key is not showing correctly on layout (see groovyKey.png )

Expected Result:
Action builder should be on a tab

Actual Result:
Action builder tab does not exist
