Files can be moved into deleted folders

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to Documents and Media.
2. Add a Folder 'Folder 1' in the root folder.
3. Add a Document in the root folder.
4. Open the root folder in browser tab 1.
5. Open the root folder in browser tab 2.
6. Switch to browser tab 2 and select 'Move to recycle bin' on 'Folder 1'.
7. Switch to browser tab 1 and move the uploaded document via drag and drop into 'Folder 1'.
Expected results: The drag and drop move transaction is interrupted and an ERROR shows up on the UI or in the log.
Actual results: No interruption, no ERROR shown, when the transaction happens, the UI reloads itself and both elements have vanished. The user can find only the folder in the recycle bin.

 If you restore the folder from the Recycle Bin, you will find the file inside it afterwards, the drag and drop move process was successful.
