Step-by-Step:

1. Create a Page Template for web contents
2. Create a Web Content and link it to the Page Template created
3. Go to the Content Dashboard
4. Open the Metrics option for the Web Content

Actual result:
The metrics panel is not displayed and there is an error message: "Analytics Report is temporary unavailable"

Expected:
The metrics panel is displayed, showing the Connect to DXP info
