      Description

Due to LPS-13224, Liferay in 6.1 supports multiple repositories of different technologies. This feature would be the ability to mount multiple Documentum repositories into Liferay's document library portlet. Integration should take into consideration version control, workflow and publication via the Document Display portlet.

The design of this functionality really is about the ability to externalize content. I would like to see this developed in a way that content could also be externalized to cloud storage providers such as Amazon, Microsoft, Google, etc where you can "configure" the storage to say use amazon S3...

James, you can now implement the whole repository as a plugin so we mount pretty much anything into the document library. Documentum is just one of the first ones. Conceptually it works like like Windows file explorer where you can use webdav etc to mount new drives that are actually remote filesystems. I think it's good idea to add other cloud storages too not just DMS.

          3. Add Documentum repository
          4. Add document

          FAIL Manual Testing:

In the description it mentions workflow, but I could get it to work. See ticket LPS-21209.

Also Multiple Uploading isn't working. See ticket LPS-21207.
Console error when editing the repository. See ticket LPS-21216.

In regards to everything else it passes, Just not the above.

          Failed on:
          Tomcat 7.0.21 + MySQL 5.1 6.1.x Revision 89037. Document hook from Mika's Hebron folder

Workflow is driven completely from Documentum side. The other two issues are also issues in document library itself and not the documentum hook. However there's two issues LPS-21380 and LPS-21375 that need to be resolved in the documentum hook itself.
