Description

Changing default language unable to save structure the first time. It is necessary to double-click to save.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Menu
2. Go to Control Panel > Instance Settings > Localization
3. Change the default language to Portuguese (Brazil)
4. Save
5. Go to Content & Data >  Web Content > Structures
6. Add a new structure
7. Add a field (e.g. Text)
8. Try to save
9. Observe
10. Try to save again
11. Observe

Expected Result

The structure must be saved on first click to save.

Actual Result

The structure is only saved after the second click to save.
