Importing LAR to a Site Template connected Site

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Site Template
2. Create a Content Page  (probably Widget Pages are affected as well)
3. Create a new Site based on the Template
4. Disable propagation - Site settings > Content and Data -> Pages -> Pages 
5. Delete the page from the Template (created at step2)
6. Export the Site
7. Create a new site based on the Template
8. Import the LAR to the new Site

Expected result: successful import of the LAR file
