Description:
Categorization tooltip inside objects layout it's not present

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to open menu > Control Panel > Objects
2. Create a new object (with fields)
3. Define the objects layout
4. Add a tab and a block
5. Add a categorization block

Expected Result:
According with the Mockup it should have a tooltip with the text:  "Visibility and permissions can affect how the Categorization block will be displayed."

Actual Result:
The tooltip it's not present
