[BUG] Hover and cursor pointer on user icon are not working

 Description

When passed the mouse the default hover action is not executed and also does not change the cursor to pointer.

 Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Global Menu > SideBar Menu
2. Footer icon itens 

 Expected Result
Hover and cursor pointer on all menu items

 Actual Result
Hover is only being applied to one item and there is no cursor pointer
