Summary: It's not possible to create Filters set by Creation Date or Modified Date

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Custom Object
2. Go to Custom Object
3. Go to Views tab and create one Custom View
4. Go to Filters tab
5. Create new Filter
6. Filter By: Creation Date or Modified Date

Expected Result:

• Filter by creation Date or modified Date added.

Actual Result:

• Error: blank page
