Asset publisher not displaying content in context

1. Create a Page and add two Asset Publishers.
2. Set one Asset Publisher to list content and view In Context
3. Set the other Asset Publisher to be the page's Default Publisher
4. Create some Web Content Articles and give them the Specific Display Page containing the Asset Publishers
5. EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: When I click on the list of Web Content they should display in the Default Asset Publisher
6. ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR: When I click on the list of Web Content they display in the non Default (listing) Asset Publisher
