Can't have same screen names for users if adding the same names for community and organization first.

1. Add a community name like "jacy".
2. Then add a user with screen name "jacy".
You would get a red message:
The screen name you requested is associated with an existing friendly URL.
This also applied to organization name,but not user groups.
But if you reverse order,add user name first you can add same name for community or organization.
So I assume this is incorrect.
