IBM DB2 11.5 First login displays error after upgrade about portal configuration

    Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Import dump data-archive-portal-settings-mysql.sql(uploaded in the attachments) of 73 version
      2. Upgrade to U36
      3. Start the bundle
      4. Login for the first time

      Expected Results:
      The login pop window display correctly.

      Actual Results:
      The login pop window display error.

      *Note: *The issue just can reproduced for the first time. The second time login works well.
