Description
The 'Read more' link has been removed by LPS-138008. Looking at this ticket's description, only the 'patch' link should have been removed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Startup Liferay 7.3
   1. Navigate to Documents and Media
   2. Go to kabob menu > Access from Desktop (for the home folder)
      1. Notice the displayed message includes the 'Read more' link

         Files and folders can be managed directly from the file explorer of your desktop operating system. Read more.

2. Startup Liferay 7.4
   1. Navigate to Documents and Media
   2. Go to kabob menu > Access from Desktop (for the home folder)
      1. Observe the displayed message

Expected Result
The displayed message includes the 'Read more' link

Actual Result
The displayed message no longer includes the 'Read more' link
