Missing error validation for required fields in Add/Edit Country page

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Countries Management
2. Add a country

Expected results: The following fields are required and need to be marked with * to be easily identified:

• Key
• Two-Letter ISO code
• Three-Letter ISO code
• Number

Actual results: Unable to identify which fields are required just by looking at the form.

Tomcat 9.0.56 + MySQL 5.7
