Steps to reproduce:

1. Install patch liferay-fix-pack-dxp-20-7210-build1.zip to 7.2 SP5
2. Startup bundle, add some contents
3. Upgrade to 7.4 U37

Expected Result:
Upgrade successfully without errors

Actual Result:
Upgrade failed, can see the following error :

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to upgrade com.liferay.calendar.service to 4.2.1 from 4.1.3

 
Cannot reproduced on:
Upgrade 7.2 SP5 + liferay-fix-pack-dxp-19-7210.zip to 7.4 U37
