1. Go to Menu > Applications > Content Dashboard
2. Click on Filter and Order 
3. Select Filter By Type option
4. Observe

Actual result:
The filter by type displays the message "Document Selector is temporarily unavailable".

Expected:
No message is displayed and the filter by type works correctly.
