Can't select image to create a link in a repeatable Rich text field

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start the latest 7.4 bundle
2. Create a new document type with repeatable Rich text field 
3. Create a document from the created document type
4. Add a link, Browse server for an image, upload one and select it
5. Add another field by clicking on the + button
6. Add a link, Browse server for an image, upload one and select it

Expected behavior: You should be able to select the image

Current behavior: You can't select the image, clicking on it has no effect

 I can't add an image or a video either to the duplicated rich text field
