Description

Steps to reproduce:

Add a link to page type page
Leave Target type as Specific Frame in general > advanced
Fill _blank in Target filed
Fill URL as https://www.google.com in general > general
Go to created page on page admin
Click View in page option menu
Assert google site opened in new tab

Actual result:
Page opens in current page.

Expected result:
Page opens in new tab.
