Context / Intro

This epic intends to gather the already developed Global CSS and Global JS into the same release item, so that they can be partially released without completing the entire initiative. 

Requirements

• Change "Global CSS" and "Global JS" extension names into "CSS Extension" and "JS Extension".
• Hide the "Theme CSS Extension" option in the Remote Apps ( + ) option. Nice to have: Add this option to the existing FF related to LPS-153457.
• The FF of this Epic will enable customers to add CSS extensions and JS extensions to the Page Design Options of Layout Sets, Master Pages, Page Templates and Pages.
• It will also include the Favicon Extension option
