'Delete all' button is not working on OAuth2 Client Administration page

Summary
On our new OAuth2 Client Administration page, the "Delete all" button above the table, which is intended to be used to delete multiple rows is not working.

Reproduction steps

1. Navigate to Security / OAuth2 Client Administration
2. Add 2 new row
3. Select both row
4. Try to delete them

Expected outcome
Both row will be deleted, the tabe has no more rows

Actual outcome
Nothing happens, no network activity in the developer menu
