Allow search portlet URLs to be copied and used by other users

Currently after you make a search, you get a URL like this:

http://localhost:8080/web/guest/home?p_p_id=3&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=maximized&p_p_mode=view&_3_struts_action=%2Fsearch%2Fsearch

which obviously you can't send to a friend so he can view the search results. It should be like:

http://localhost:8080/web/guest/home?p_p_id=3&p_p_lifecycle=0&p_p_state=maximized&p_p_mode=view&_3_struts_action=%2Fsearch%2Fsearch&_3_keywords=test
