Several database upgrade problems upgrading 7.4 from GA30 to GA42

I have a test Liferay instance with some test websites. I have upgraded it regularly. This time the upgrade was from GA30 to GA42 and it failed at several points. Attaching log files.

One note: it's using DBStore, but it doesn't look like it was a factor.
