Step to reproduce:

1. Add a Link to URL page
2. Type https://www.google.com in URL field
3. Navigate to the Advanced tab then make sure the target is specific frame
4. Open the Product Menu
5. Navigate to the Page Tree
6. Navigate to the Link to URL page

Expected Results:
The Link to URL page should be open on current tab.

Actual Results:
The Link to URL page is opened on a new tab.
