Description
The goal of this story is to create the ability for articles to have expiration and review dates. These will have a mm/dd/yyyy hh:ss format. The expiration/review dates must be future dated when first set. The knowledge base application will need a way to check if an article has expired or past its review date.
The expiration/review dates can be set, updated, and removed from an article. The expiration/review date updates should create a new version of the kb article with the expiration/review dates captured in the info panel.
