Description:
Filter on Aggregation Field is not working as expected

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Open Menu > Control Panel > Object > Objects
2. Create two new Objects and add a relationship between them
3. Go to the Fields tab and add an Aggregation field
4. Select the created field and create a new Filter
5. Publish the Object
6. Go to the created object and add two entries

Expected Result:
The aggregation Column should display the result according to the created filter

Actual Result:
The aggregation Column is not considering the created filter
Field types tested: Integer, Picklist, Date.
System fields tested: Created Date, ID, Status.
