Wiki Pagination Won't Work After 20+ Attachments Have Been Made

When using the wiki portlet follow these steps:

1. In the wiki page add more than 20 attachments.
2. Once you are on the attachment table click on the "next" button on the pagination.
3. you will be redirected to the Front page instead of the next attachments.
