Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Kaleo-web plugin
2. Create a new user
3. Create a new community (or organization)
4. Make user a part of the community and assign him the role "Community Content Reviewer"
5. Set Workflow Configuration for Web Content to "Single Approver"
6. Add new web content and submit for publication
7. Login as new user and check "My Workflow Tasks" and notice the web content appears under "Assigned to My Roles"
8. Activate staging for the community
9. Add another new web content
10. Login as new user again and check "My Workflow Tasks". This time, the content will not show up.
