Context

Currently, the single selection questions are displayed as graphics in the "entries" tab and in the view results shown after filling a form, the goal of this story is to allow users to configure if they want to have those answers show as graphics or as tables (as it was on Polls product). It happens that those graphics are not only used for power users to check the results, but also for end users to check the partial results of Polls. In this context, our graphics can't have it's look and feel customizable currently, which can lead to a bad experience for the end user related to the visual identity of the portal.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Form admins must be able to configure how they want their entries to be display in the entries tab
   • They must be able to choose if they want as charts or tables
2. When table format is selected:
   • The answers must be ordered from the one with highest percentage to the lowers
   • Options with no votes must not appear in the table
   • The table must be responsive for different sizes the form widget can have in a page

Definition of Done (DoD)

• All Acceptance Criteria were passed;
• Make sure that the expected automated tests were created (unit / integration / functional) and passed successfully;
• Validated by QA and Product Manager;
• No blockers related to Story scope (FP5);
• Make sure that all system documentation tickets are created;
