Unable to shift+tab out of the browser treeview in the page editor.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the Page editor, click on the "Browser" button in the side panel to open the "Browser" panel.
2. Press tab twice to focus the "Tree View".
3. Press shift+tab to move focus back to the Close (X) icon.

Expected Result:

• Focus should move back to the Close (X) icon.

Actual Result:

• Focus does NOT move back to the Close (X) icon but stays on the first item of the tree view.
