Description
Using JAWS screen reader, there is blank space when tabbing through the page tree.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open JAWS screen reader
• Open Navigation menu and go to page tree
• Tab through navigation menu and notice behavior on page tree

Expected Result:
The reading order should be meaningful and focus should not move to unwanted content and SR announcement should be meaningful.

Actual Result:
Using JAWS and tab key the focus is going to the blank space beside the links in the SS and SR is announcing some irrelevant content. This will confuse the users."
