SR is not announcing expanded when a user activated en-US Menu button

Steps to Reproduce:

• Use JAWS
• Navigate to the Site Builder
• Add a widget page
• Navigate to the SEO tab of the page
• Press the tab on the keyboard until the en-US button is highlighted
• Click on the en-US button

Expected Result:
This is more like a feature request - SR should announce expended when the Menu button is activated. For now the SR is announcing the menu list in a pop-up dialog. When we using the aria tool, that place shows the expand/collapse labels.

Actual Result:
SR is not announcing expanded.

Note: This also affects other tabs General, Open Graph and Custom Meta Tags.
