Scroll-down inside Fragment HTML, CSS and JS textareas in Fragment Editor is not present anymore

Steps to reproduce:

• Inside Design >> Fragments>>Basic components, open the Dropdown fragment in the fragment editor
• As observed, the HTML is larger than the textarea space for the code. Try to scroll down

Expected behavior: user can scroll down inside the HTML.

Observed behavior: user can't scroll down anymore inside the HTML, making the hidden HTML not accessible.

NOTE: It also happens with CSS and Javascript textareas
