Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Navigate to People > Segments, click "+" to add a new user segment
• Put the First Name field in the condition
• Then add some other fields, such as Site and Organization Role, User Agent, Segment
• Open JAWS
• Traverse the combo boxes, edit boxes, select buttons, and/or buttons using the tab key

Expected Result:
Names should be defined for all interactive controls

Actual Result:
No names defined for any of the combo boxes, edit boxes, select buttons, and/or buttons under the conditions section
