[LPS-167676] Collapsing metadata panels in detail view of file works only for the first panel - Liferay Issues

Start with a demo installation of liferay (tomcat bundle or started from bundles directory build with `ant all`)
Run through the initial setup
Go to "Admin area" -> "Content & Data" -> "Documents and Media"
Create a new document type with at least one input element
Upload a document with that document type and enter data for the field
Open the document detail infos by clicking on the filename and the clicking on the icon
Scroll down until you see the "Automatically extracted metadata"
Try to toggle the collapsed state of the "Automatically extracted metadata" panel (see the focus highlight where the click happened and that the first panel is collapsed, not the second one)

Instead of the "Automatically extracted metadata" panel, the "Demodocumenttype" panel collapses.

Looking at the DOM structure the ID fields of the divs look wrong (see the duplicate div element with ID documentLibraryMetadataPanel_41778):

is caused by

LPS-125733 Asset Publisher scrolls up when clicking on Info button on further documents

is duplicated by

LPS-168234 Duplicated IDs in Document Info Panel when using a custom Document Type
