Summary: The dropdown items opened with many items prevents the user see the search bar

Steps to Reproduce:

1. - Add a Picklist with 20 items
2. - Add a Custom Object
3. - Add a multi-select picklist field
4. - Add a layout with a picklist field created
5. - Try to add all items into of picklist field created

Expected Result: The dropdown opens to down.

Actual Result: The dropdown opens to up, and prevents the user see the search bar
