Step to reproduce:

1. Add a new site based on template Liferay OSB Site Initializer Customer Portal
2. Add a Collection Display fragment to content page
3. Try to open the modal of Collection Providers

Expected Results:
The modal is loaded

Current Results:
The modal doesn't load
