Context

Provide possibilities to use the same code and freemarker context variables used in ADTs in fragment building, so that the same code used in a menu built with an ADT can be used to build a navigation menu fragment.

Scope of PoC

Enable the necessary features in the product (freemarker context variables) so that we can create a custom navigation menu fragment that works the same as the equivalent ADT would. 

The resulting custom fragment should be able to include logic to read nav items and map content from them, including nav item custom fields.
