Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Goto Control panel - Users and Organizations
• Using Jaws
• Navigate to the Organizations tab
• Plus sign the "+ " button and press enter key
• input the name
• Tab through "Country" press enter key and observe

Expected Result:
SR should announce as "Country combo box collapsed"

Actual Result:
SR is not announcing as "Country combo box collapsed"
