 Description

There is text content that appears visually as a title.

 Steps to Reproduce:

• . HR Portal home page will be opened
• Navigate "Menu button to the top left. Click on Content and Data-> Documents & Media->Document types ->Add new Document types
• note the content that appears on the right side.

 Expected Result:

All text which are visually appearing as text must be programatically recognised as text.

 Actual Result:

There is text content visually appearing as heading but not programatically recognised as heading. Note : All the bold text visible when user selects different toggle buttons.
