Page configuration fields are blank when changing default language of the site

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new site "New Site"
2. Add a page to the site "Test"
3. Go to site settings -> Localizations
4. Change the default language to Spanish
5. Go back to the page's configurations

Expected Result: name and friendly URL fields are populated by the previous language's values (Name: "Test", Friendly URL: "/test")

Actual Result: Fields are empty
