Steps to Reproduce:

• Use JAWS
• Navigate to Control panel > Users and organizations > Users Tab > Enter a user's edit page like "Test Test"
• Navigate to General tab and assert Information tab is selected
• Tab to the "Screen Name" text field and assert the SR announces

Expected Result:
SR should announce as "USER DISPLAY DATA Screen Name" for the first control of this group.

Actual Result:
SR is announcing as "Screen Name" instead of "USER DISPLAY DATA Screen Name".
