Steps to Reproduce:

• Open the URL
• Goto Control panel - Users and Organizations
• Using Jaws
• Tab through Users and select test user press enter key
• Then tab through the "General" link and press enter key and then tab through "Roles" and press enter key
• Tab through the Cancel button

Expected Result:
SR should announce as Cancel button

Actual Result:
The role is not appropriate for the "Cancel" button, SR is announcing as "Cancel Link"
