Steps to Reproduce: 

• Use JAWS
• Navigate to Control panel > Users and organizations > Users Tab > Enter a user's edit page like "Test Test"
• Navigate to Contact tab and assert Contact Information tab is selected
• Navigate to a Add button(Such as "PHONE NUMBERS") and assert the SR announces
   

Expected Result:
SR should read the sheet name Add button as "Add sheet-name button"(such as "Add Phone numbers button"), not a link and shouldn't render it as a heading level.

Actual Result:
SR reads the "Add" button as "Add Heading level 3 Link visited".

Note: The same issue applies to Phone numbers/Additional email addressses/Websites tab header tag (header 3).
