Drag and Drop Functionality for manually selected Asset Publisher assets

Manually configured assets should be movable via drag and drop.

In our Widget Page based publishing solution, we make extensive use of Asset Publishers with manually selected Assets.

A selected asset will always be added at the end of the list though in our use cases the most common pattern would require the asset to be added at the start of the list.

Even more annoying: moving the newly created asset to the beginning of the list requires a significant amount of clicks and causes a significant waste of time because assets can only be moved one position at a time and the editor has to always look anew for the item since the configuration screen is reloaded with every move. This is a very time-consuming process - even with a list of only 10 items.

Because of this we would suggest providing a configuration interface with drag and drop functionality as in other parts of the product, e.g. Page Builder, Navigation Menu Editor, and elsewhere.
