Steps to Reproduce: 

• Use JAWS
• Navigate to Control panel > Users and organizations > Users Tab > Enter a user's edit page like "Test Test" > Preferences
• Navigate to the left sidebar menu and assert the SR announces
   

Expected Result:
SR should render which menu is currently active. SR should read the selected as "Alerts and Announcements Delivery Link Selected" when the Alerts link is currently active.

Actual Result:
SR just reads the menus as "Alerts and Announcements Delivery Link" and "Display Settings Link". SR users cannot tell which is the current page.
